The business had set up a social channel on Facebook including their logo and had less than 100 online followers. Using both B2B & B2C marketing, the digital audience is now 5x the previous size through aggressive niche marketing. Defiant was credited with keeping the business viable through multiple nationwide lockdowns as we helped them launch a delivery service aiding the business make a switch from restaurant & takeaway to mainly takeaway based. With English not being a first language, the company had recognised the importance of communication to their audience and sought help in making strong connections. As well as Facebook, we launched an Instagram channel to show off the products available on a more visual based platform and continue to grow the online audience with dedicated hashtags to access niche audiences receptive to the products. The reviews from third party sites such as Trip Advisor and Google Business Listings was key not just for review mining for further marketing on social platforms but as positive peer endorsement of the brand we were building.
